Refund policy

1. Scope
This Refund and Return Policy describes how Digitec Apparel ("we", "us", "our") handles requests for refunds or returns on digital products (3D templates, 2D mockups and any other downloadable assets) sold via our website. Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, different rules apply compared with physical goods. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.
2. Digital goods and immediate access
All of our products are digital downloads. Once your payment is processed, a download link is issued immediately. By completing your purchase, you request that supply of the digital content begins at once and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from the contract under EU/UK cooling‑off rules. If you prefer to retain the 14‑day cancellation right without receiving the product right away, please contact us before purchasing so we can arrange delayed access.
Due to the non‑tangible and irrevocable nature of digital products, all sales are considered final and non‑refundable once the download link has been delivered or the file has been accessed. Digital files cannot be "returned" in the same way as physical items, and after download we cannot prevent further use or duplication.
3. EU/UK consumers
If you are an EU/UK consumer, you normally have a 14‑day "cooling‑off" period to cancel distance contracts. However, digital downloads are treated differently: to download within 14 days you must agree to waive the cooling‑off period. If you do not provide this consent, you will not be able to access the digital content until the 14‑day period has expired. Once you have accessed or downloaded the file, your right to cancel is lost.
4. Exceptions and when refunds may be granted
Although purchases are generally final, we may offer a refund or replacement in limited circumstances:

Technical defects – If your download is corrupted or cannot be opened on compatible software despite following our instructions, we will supply a working copy or, if that is not possible, offer a refund.

Duplicate charges – If you were charged multiple times for the same product due to a processing error, we will refund the duplicate payment.

Billing errors – If you were incorrectly billed an amount that differs from the displayed price, we will refund the overcharged amount.
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after download.

Dissatisfaction with the content once the file has been successfully downloaded.

Incompatibility with your system or lack of required software, if system requirements were clearly stated.
5. Quality guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our digital assets. Each file is thoroughly tested, virus‑free and matches its description. If you believe a product description is inaccurate or misleading, please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, correct the issue.
6. How to request a refund or replacement
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement under this policy, please email info@digitecapparel.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number, the product name, a description of the issue and any error messages or screenshots. We aim to respond within two business days and will resolve technical issues within 5–7 business days. If a refund is approved, it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business or applicable laws. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes materially affect your rights, we will provide reasonable notice via the website or email.
