2. About Our Digital Products

All products sold on Digitec Apparel are downloadable digital files. They include 3D clothing templates and other visual assets intended for mockups and design presentations. Our files are provided in formats compatible with common 3D software (for example, Blender). You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary software and skills to use the templates.

3. Account Registration

You do not need to create an account to browse our catalogue; however, you will need to provide accurate billing information to purchase and download a digital product. You agree to keep your contact and payment information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Licence to Use Our Templates

When you purchase a digital template from Digitec Apparel, you are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use that file for your own projects. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may incorporate our templates into your personal or commercial designs, marketing materials or products. However, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute or sublicense the original files or modified versions thereof;

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our digital products are listed in the currency shown on our website and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that pricing is accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will either contact you to confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel your order and refund you. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and all sales are processed securely via our payment partners. Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be disclosed at checkout.

6. Delivery of Digital Goods

Once your payment is successfully processed, a download link for the purchased template will be provided on the confirmation page and/or sent to your email address. We do not ship physical goods. Please download and back up your files promptly, as download links may expire after a reasonable period.

7. Consumer Rights and Cooling‑Off Period

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you normally have a statutory 14‑day “cooling‑off” period during which you can withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Because our products are downloadable digital content that you can access immediately after purchase, by completing your order you expressly request that the digital files be supplied without delay and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming begins. If you prefer not to waive your cooling‑off right, please do not complete your purchase until the 14‑day period has expired. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have if the product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise defective.

8. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded. If you experience difficulty accessing a file or believe you have received a defective template, please contact us within seven (7) days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, which may include providing a replacement file.
